When you book an appointment at Wax & Co. Clinic please note that you are accepting our terms and conditions.
All appointments require a 50% deposit, if this is not taken at the time of making your appointment you will get a call from one of our therapist 1-7 days prior to your appointment. Without a deposit your appointment is not confirmed, and that time may be given to another client. The deposit will be deducted from the total balance on the date of service or carried forward to future appointments if notice is given. Please be 100% certain about an appointment at Wax & Co. Clinic as deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At Wax & Co. Clinic we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in place, this allows us enough time to offer your appointment to another client. Should you need to cancel your appointment you can do this by either replying to the reminder sms provided or by phoning the clinic, if we do not answer you can leave a message. Please note if 24 hours’ notice is not given this will result in a late fee and or forfeiting your deposit.
Our therapists have the right to refuse to perform any service/ treatments if they have health or safety concerns for the client or themselves.
All clients must let the clinic know or any medical conditions or any changes of there medical information that has been provided.
Children under the age of 16 must have parental consent before any services can be performed.
